STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF COMBINED YEAST ON CORN SILOS FERMENTATION
Silos have been prepared from green corn mass in 4 different variants. A liquid
bio preparation containing probiotic microorganisms "Imbiokon" and T. harzianum UzCF-
28 containing a complex of active cellulose enzymes have been used as silo yeast. The
organoleptic properties of silos samples and the amount of formedorganic acids have been
studied. As a result, the most positive features have been identified in variant 3 with the
usage of "Imbiokon" and fungal culture fluid T. harzianum UzCF-28. Its pH was 4.3 and
lactic acid content in comparison to total organic acidswas 83.1%.
